Return & Refund Policy

1. Inspection Upon Delivery (Important)

Because furniture is bulky and heavy, we strongly advise customers to inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

• Please check for any visible damages, scratches, or defects while the delivery team is still present.
• If you find any damage, please notify the delivery team immediately and contact us at [+60 3-7831 2033].
• Once the delivery document is signed, you acknowledge that the goods have been received in good condition.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-Day Return/Exchange Policy for standard, ready-made items (e.g., standard size beds, dining tables, sun loungers) subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your furniture.
• Restocking Fee: Returns due to “change of mind” or size issues (where the customer measured incorrectly) may be subject to a restocking fee of 15-20% and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-Made / Bespoke Furniture: Items made to your specific measurements or custom designs (e.g., custom cabinets, special size beds).
• Clearance / Display Sets: Items sold as “As-Is” or during warehouse clearance sales.
• Used or Damaged Items: Furniture that has been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

4. Natural Wood Disclaimer (Not a Defect)

Please note that Solid Teak Wood is a natural material. The following characteristics are proof of authenticity and are not considered defects:

• Wood Grain & Color Variation: Every tree is unique. Slight differences in color, grain pattern, or texture between the showroom sample and the delivered item are normal.
• Small Checks (Hairline Cracks): Wood expands and contracts with Malaysia’s humidity. Minor checking at the ends of timber is a natural occurrence in solid wood and does not affect structural stability.
• Knots: Small, sound knots are part of the wood’s natural character.
• We do not accept returns or refunds based on these natural wood characteristics.

5. Manufacturing Defects

If your furniture has a structural manufacturing defect (e.g., wobbly legs, loose joinery, split wood not caused by misuse):

• Please send photos/videos of the defect to [WhatsApp +60 3-7831 2033] within 7 days.
• We will assess the issue. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair or 1-to-1 replacement at no cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

• Standard Orders: Can be cancelled for a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped. If shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Custom Orders: Cancellations for custom orders are only allowed within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable as production has begun.
