Do you take custom orders?

Yes. We do custom orders but are limited to selected materials and designs only.

How do I pay for my orders?

~Bank Transfer (Recommended)
~Credit / Debit Card
~Cheque – All cheques should be crossed and payable to TEAKVOGUE SDN BHD.
(Strictly No Cash Will Be Accepted As We Are Preferred Cashless Transactions.)

If I agree with the quotation, what is the next procedure?

There are a few steps to confirm the purchase;

1. Send us an Email or WhatsApp & mention quotation no.
2. Pay a 50% deposit as confirmation of order.
3. Email or WhatsApp us proof of payment.
4. Invoice & receipt will be issued for customer reference.
5. The production process will start a day after receiving the deposit.

Can I pick up my products?

Yes. You can arrange your own transport to pick up your products. Please inform us at least three days before the pick-up date.

You may pick up your items Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and on Weekends and Public Holidays by appointment only. When you collect your items, please bring a copy of the invoice as proof of order.

Do you provide a delivery service?

Yes. We offer reasonable delivery charges to your place. We cover all areas, including Sabah and Sarawak.

FREE Delivery is available for purchases above RM3500 in a single invoice within Klang Valley. (Please check delivery charges with our sales representative.)

Can I make any changes to my order?

A: After deposit payment, a 7-day period will be given for final confirmation. Any changes after confirmation will be affected by the delivery schedule. We might have to charge you a cancellation fee to cover our costs. The quoted price may be changed depending on the alteration.

Can I buy it separately?

Yes. You can buy any item from any set at your convenience. We are flexible and love to make you happy.

Why are some products labelled as ‘available upon request?

As you may know, we have hundreds of products, and we can’t keep all of them in stock. Our manufacturing team is in Indonesia, so we need time to fulfil our container before we get products from Indonesia.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. We provide a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Do you provide maintenance service if your warranty does not cover the damage?

Yes. If the damage is not covered by our warranty, we provide selected maintenance services at minimum charges.
