Q: How do I get in touch with TEAKVOGUE?
Q: If I agree with the quotation given, what is the next procedure?
A: There are few steps to confirm purchase;
- Send us Email or WhatsApp & mention quotation no.
- Pay 50% deposit as confirmation of order.
- Email or WhatsApp us the payment proof.
- Invoice & receipt will be issued for customer reference.
- Production process will be started a day after deposit received.
Q: Can I pick up my products?
A: Yes. You can arrange your own transport to pick up your products. Please inform us minimum 3 Days before the pick-up date.
You may pick up your items Monday to Friday from 10.00 A.M till 4.00 P.M, Weekends & Public Holiday by appointment only. Please bring your copy of Invoice as proof of order on collection.
Do you provide delivery service?
A: Yes. We offer delivery service to your place with reasonable charges. We cover all areas including Sabah & Sarawak.
FREE Delivery for purchase above RM3500 in single invoice within Klang Valley. (Please check delivery charges with our sales representative.)
Q: Do you take custom order?
A: Yes. We do custom order but limited to selected material and design only.
Q: Can I do any changes for my order?
A: After deposit payment, 7 Days period will be given for final confirmation. Any changes after confirmation will be affected by the delivery schedule. We might have to charge you a cancellation fee to cover our cost. The quoted price may be changed depends on the alteration.
Q: How do I pay for my orders?
A: We accept;
- Bank Transfer (Recommended)
- Credit / Debit Card
- Cheque – All cheques should be crossed and made payable to TEAKVOGUE SDN BHD.
(Strictly No Cash Will Be Accepted As We Are Preferred Cashless Transaction.)
Q: Can I buy separately?
A: Yes. You can buy any item from any set at your convenience. We are flexible and love to make you happy.
Q: Why are some products labeled as ‘available upon request’?
A: As you may know, we have hundreds of products and it is impossible for us to keep all the products available in stock. Our manufacturing team is in Indonesia, we need time to fulfill our container before we get products from Indonesia.
Q: Do you provide warranty?
A: Yes. We provide 5 Years limited warranty from date of purchase.
Q: If the damage is not covered in your warranty, do you provide maintenance service?
A: Yes. We provide selected maintenance services with minimum charges if the damage is not covered by our warranty.
