Design Finalization & Transparent Quotation
Once we’ve captured your idea, our team will create detailed technical drawings or 3D renders. This allows you to see exactly what your piece will look like and make any final adjustments. You will then receive a transparent, itemized quotation with no hidden fees. Upon your confirmation and deposit, we officially schedule your custom furniture for production in our workshop.
Master Craftsmanship & Production Updates
This is where your vision takes physical form. Our team of master craftsmen in our Indonesian factory will begin meticulously building your piece. We select only the finest solid woods and use a combination of traditional joinery and modern techniques for lasting quality. We believe in transparency, so we’ll provide you with photo and video updates at key stages, allowing you to watch your customised furniture come to life.
White-Glove Delivery & Installation
When your piece is finished and has passed our rigorous quality control, our in-house logistics team will schedule a convenient delivery time. We provide a full white-glove service—we don’t just drop it at your door. Our team will carefully deliver, place, and assemble your new furniture in its final position.
